Install on Mobile

The mobile app carries Attendance, Call Management, Inventory scanning, and Service Reports — the parts of Busiman meant to happen away from a desk.

Go to the Busiman downloads section and pick your platform.

• Android — installs as an APK, or from the Play Store once your company has published there.
• iOS — from the App Store once available for your company; ask your admin if this isn't live yet.

Note: Sales and Purchases aren't on mobile yet — both are desktop-only for now. Everything else in this guide is available on the phone in your pocket.

Permissions the app asks for

The app requests a few permissions the first time it needs them, not all at once:

• Location — used only when marking attendance, to record where a check-in happened.
• Camera — for scanning inventory items and capturing service report photos.
• Bluetooth — for automatic check-in near a gate device, if your office has one.
• Notifications — for alerts like an attendance approval request.

None of these are required to use the app generally — you'll just be prompted again the specific moment a feature that needs them is used.
