History & Reports

Where attendance records end up, and how to review them later.

Every check-in and check-out — however it was recorded — lands in the same place, viewable two ways depending on what you're trying to do.

On mobile: History

The History tab is a day-by-day activity feed, not just for attendance — it pulls together Attendance, Sales, Purchases, and Inventory events into one timeline for whichever of those modules are enabled for you. Use the date-range filter and search to narrow it down when you're looking for something specific, like a particular remote check-in from a few weeks back.

On desktop: the attendance dashboard

Managers, HR, and Admins get a dedicated attendance dashboard scoped to the branches they oversee. It's the same view used for approving remote requests, but it also covers everyone who's already resolved — a day-by-day, employee-by-employee record of check-in/check-out times, source (mobile, desktop, gate), and whether it was network-verified or approved.

Updates here are close to real-time: when someone checks in on their phone, it reflects on an open dashboard without needing a refresh.

What's tracked per record

For each attendance record, Busiman keeps:

  • Check-in and check-out timestamps and total duration
  • Source (mobile / desktop / gate / web)
  • Verification: network-verified, or the remote justification and approval outcome
  • Whether the day counts as officially present — only true once every leg that needed approval has one

This is the same data whether you're glancing at your own day on mobile or an admin is reviewing a month across a branch on desktop — nothing is recalculated differently between the two.
