Why we replaced our office registers with an app

Every office we've worked with starts the same way: an attendance register at the front desk, a sales diary in the drawer, and a stock notebook that is always one page behind reality.

It works, until it doesn't. A supplier calls asking about a pending payment and nobody can find the entry. An engineer finishes a service call in the field and the report reaches the office three days late, written on the back of an old bill.

Busiman started as an answer to one question: what if every one of those registers was the same app, on the same phone the whole team already carries?

What moved first

Attendance and call logging moved first, because they are the two things a business owner checks every single day. Once those were live, inventory and sales followed naturally, since a sale should already know what it took out of stock.

What stayed the same

The workflow. Nobody had to learn a new way of taking an order or marking someone present. Busiman just removed the part where it had to be written down twice.
